3. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you so that you can supply us with your desired design if this is needed.
4. We will work on your design as soon as possible and send you via email a mockup of how your product will look, for your approval before processing your payment.
5. Once your payment is received, we will send your personalized product to production, and in a few days it will be in your hands.
