How to customize and order your product? Simple…

1. Select the size and color for your mug.
2. Type the personalized names and title as desired in the text field. E.g.: Mary & Michael – Grandma. Please, double check all the spellings.
3. Upload your high-resolution photo in the image field.
4. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
5. Once payment has been processed, we will work on your design as soon as possible and send you an email with a mockup of how your product will look, so you can approve it before sending it to production.
6. Within a few days the product will be delivered to the address you indicate in the checkout.

Notes:

• Orders from December 16 WILL NOT arrive by Christmas. Please consider ordering accordingly if you are preparing gifts for Christmas.
• As this is a personalized product, the production time may be longer compared to mass-produced items.
